Alpha Wave Mind ART Terms and Conditions

By booking a ticket for the Alpha Wave Mind ART experience, you agree to the Alpha Wave Mind ART Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms and conditions set by the event organizers and box office providers.

In case of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions of the event organizers, box office providers, and the Alpha Wave Mind ART Terms and Conditions, the Alpha Wave Mind ART Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

Ticket Booking Conditions

Non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions will render your ticket invalid.

  1. You must be at least 16 years old to book tickets for an Alpha Wave Mind ART experience.
  2. Ticket bookings are limited to a maximum number, which will be communicated on the event webpage and/or by a box office team member.
  3. Upon receiving your tickets, it is your responsibility to verify their accuracy, as mistakes may not always be corrected. If you find any errors, please notify the box office provider immediately.
  4. The ticket issuer has the sole discretion to replace lost or stolen tickets.
  5. Tickets are complimentary and intended solely for personal use. Reselling tickets for profit or commercial gain is prohibited and will result in ticket invalidation.
  6. E-tickets can be presented on a mobile device or printed for entry. Altered or defaced tickets will not be accepted. While at the venue, you must be able to present your ticket upon request, and Alpha Wave Mind ART staff must be able to validate it electronically. The event organizers will not honor or replace any duplicated tickets that have already been used for entry.
  7. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the advertised program without prior notice. They also reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or abandon an event. In case your session is rescheduled, all tickets will automatically be transferred to another session, if possible.
  8. If possible, the event organizers will attempt to notify bookers through the box office provider in case of a cancellation, postponement, or significant amendment to the event. Ticket bookers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information with the box office provider is accurate and up to date. The event organizers cannot guarantee successful contact with bookers.
  9. The event organizers are not responsible for any personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements made in relation to the event or any expenses incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of an event.
  10. You may be asked to provide proof of identity before collecting tickets in person.
  11. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Entry and Attendance Conditions

  1. A valid ticket must be in your possession.
  2. For entry to the Alpha Wave MindArt experience, present your pre-booking form confirmation email and ID, and consent to participate in the High Sensory Alpha Wave MindArt experience.
  3. Alpha Wave MindArt experiences involve strobe lighting and/or loud sounds, making them unsuitable for everyone.
  4. Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Latecomers will not be admitted, and re-entry during an ongoing Alpha Wave MindArt session may not be possible.
  5. The event organizers may refuse admission or eject anyone appearing intoxicated, under drug influence, or behaving dangerously, aggressively, inappropriately, or in a way that negatively affects other visitors' enjoyment.
  6. The event organizers may request a photo ID.
  7. Follow instructions provided by Alpha Wave MindArt staff at the venue.
  8. Alpha Wave MindArt is for ticket holders 16 or older. Underage individuals will be denied entry. If aged 16-25, provide a photo ID as proof of age; if over 25, provide proof of name. Adults with minors will not be allowed entry.
  9. Without negligence or breach of duty by Alpha Wave MindArt, participating in the experience is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that Alpha Wave MindArt does not assume or accept any liability for your participation.
  10. Bags may be searched for security reasons upon entry, and bags and large items may need to be checked into lockers, subject to availability. Refrain from bringing luggage to Alpha Wave MindArt.
  11. Mobile phone usage is restricted to areas designated by Alpha Wave MindArt staff.
  12. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited within the venue.
  13. Glass containers, large or sharp objects, alcohol, illegal substances, and animals (except assistance dogs) are not allowed in the venue.
  14. You grant the event organizers permission to use, copy, publish, share, alter, and adapt any feedback or drawings you provide after the Alpha Wave MindArt experience anonymously.
  15. While at the Alpha Wave MindArt experience, you consent to be photographed or filmed, with resulting materials used for marketing, publicity, and other communications by event organizers, commissioners, and funders. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, notify a staff member.
  16. Audio recording, video recording, and photography are prohibited in the venue, except at designated points. Event organizers may require phones, cameras, and recording equipment to be stored in lockers.
  17. The event organizers are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or theft of property you bring to the venue.
  18. Hate crimes, hate incidents, and harassment will not be tolerated. Treat Alpha Wave MindArt staff and visitors with kindness and respect.
  19. Entry conditions may be in place for public health protection, such as mask-wearing, and admission may be refused if you cannot or will not comply.
  20. Switch off mobile phones during the experience.
  21. CCTV will be in use to view and record audience members in and around the Alpha Wave Mind Art experience in order to maintain a safe environment for staff and audiences, to help respond to health issues, to capture images for research purposes, and to assist in the effective resolution of any disputes. Alpha Wave Mind Art recognizes that the images of individuals recorded by CCTV cameras are personal data that must be processed in accordance with data protection legislation and has registered its use of CCTV with the Information Commissioner. Details of the use of CCTV are contained in Alpha Wave Mind Art's Privacy Policy.
  22. Please respect the venue's neighbors and the local area when arriving at and leaving the venue and keep noise to a minimum.
